A gap survey answers that. Led personally by Dominic Gibbons CMIOSH, it measures you against the duties that actually apply to your work — the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, the Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999, and the operational regs that bite hardest on your sites, from CDM 2015 and the Work at Height Regulations 2005 to COSHH 2002, PUWER 1998 and LOLER 1998. You finish with a single, ranked view of where you stand and what it will take to put things right.
